Mobile Disco Contract

Like any type of contract, they can vary from one company to the next. There are no particular right or wrong answers to what a contract is. Im no legal expert but I tend to think a contract should contain all the information that both the person booking and I need to agree for the event.

My contracts are made up of two documents; the booking form and the terms & conditions. The latter lay down the overall principles of all bookings and the former provides the specifics for each event.

The booking form contains information about the venue for the event, timings and the payment requirements.

Although not part of the contract, I also have event planning forms that I use for most functions to capture details such as any specific requests or music. More on these in future weeks.
