Blog - Christmas parties

Posted: Monday 14th December 2015 By: Andrew Broughton Views: 1040

Oh yes, itís that time of year again. For the majority of the year we sit in our offices with colleagues but all of a sudden in December thereís an urge to all go out for a meal together.

I tend not to get involved with too many Christmas parties (as a DJ) as I like to enjoy Christmas with my family and donít want to be worn out before then.

However I do enjoy the disco at the Kings School in Canterbury that I do each year and once again I was there last week to enjoy the high spirits of a Christmas school disco.

Some will decide to just go out for a meal while others will make an evening of it and include the disco afterwards and party into the night.

Itís the one month a year that we have endless repeats of the Christmas favourites, which we wouldnít tolerate any other time of year.

And of course, thereís plenty of overeating as we pile on the pounds ready for the January fitness campaign.

So if youíre out this month, have a good time and enjoy Christmas.
